Serving on the Patina board is a unique opportunity to build leadership experience in a way that directly impacts others. From shaping mentorship curriculum to launching new programs, board members play an active role in guiding the direction of our work and supporting the next generation of AANHPI leaders.
You don’t need prior board experience to get involved. What matters most is a genuine interest in our mission and a willingness to contribute your perspective, ideas, and time.
We on the board like to think of ourselves as a fun, compassionate group. In the same meeting we go from laughing at chronically online jokes to deep conversations on what it means to be a leader in today's world.
